• Lead a team of Account Managers and Marketing Manager to ensure all staff are exceeding client expectations• Responsible for managing day to day operations of 3P Amazon Accounts. Responsibilities included but not limited to CSR related tasks, account metric monitoring, feedback removal & reconciliation, case resolution & management, new policy compliance, and updating/auditing all content related information.• Optimizing listing content to improve conversions, pages views, and sales by creating Enhanced Brand Content pages, and improving SEO to maximize Amazon A9 search algorithm results. • Direct weekly meetings with account team to review brand performance, discuss upsell strategies, and update the team on the latest Amazon feature releases.• Create and maintain weekly and monthly Key Performance Metric data management which include sales, views, conversions, accounting metrics, and overall traffic.

• Manage over 25 brand accounts primarily serving as a liaison between the brand and Amazon.com• Develop relationships with each client and work together on growing their brand• Create new programs and ideas for company growth and client retention• Work with brands to help reach their financial goals and provide inventory management, business performance metrics and advertising expertise• Responsible for managing day to day operations of 3P Amazon Accounts. • Revenue Management - Met all revenue goals for 27 consecutive months, including club fees, collection fees and maintenance fee collection. Responsible for over 6500 owner accounts. • Deed Management - Processed all bankruptcy and foreclosures for all Blue Mountain Properties.• Human Resources - Recruited and trained all employees, administered benefits, oversaw disciplinary action and managed HR records. Structured and implemented policies and procedures in the areas of training, compensation structure, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation. • Leadership/Management - Dedicated to forming a strong team committed to businesses' objectives by personally being involved in the coaching, mentoring, and promoting of internal employees.
