I am a psychology major, attending Southern New Hampshire University, with an added focus on mental health. I have a strong and confident background in medical office settings. As an office manager, some of my duties may include medical billing and coding, obtaining prior authorization per each individual patient's plan, and working inside clearinghouses and EHR programs to obtain remittance of payment and research denials and ensure a timely turnaround. Other managerial tasks are but are not limited to, answering and assigning calls from a multi-line phone system, maintaining all necessary copies of documents within the business, ordering, receiving, and organizing all office supplies, and most importantly upholding a professional relationship with clients or patients at all times.
