I have over a decade of experience in the food service industry. I am looking to transfer back into technical support with a more educated background to expand my wealth of knowledge. As an IT professional I worked at an inbound call center for a cable company who provided internet services. Our team of experts assisted with internet connectivity issues and setting up basic accounts. I also have exceptional customer service skills, I am patient and kind with all people. I have won over twenty awards at Starbucks for going above and beyond what is expected of a barista. I also ran the Northwest Indiana volunteer chapter of baristas for three years in a row where we participated in beach clean up events, helping renovate veterans homes, amongst many more things.
