What started out exciting and invigorating can, at times, become monotonous and unfulfilling. I help identify a path of purpose and provide a game plan for achieving a balanced, fulfilling life.MOMS: As a mom, I can relate to other moms who absolutely LOVE being a mother, but sometimes desire a career where they can contribute financially while raising their family at home. As moms, we lack energy, are stressed out, and don’t have time for ourselves. With our never ending to-do list and taking care of everyone else, we have a tendency to gain a few pounds and not feel 100% comfortable in our own skin. I design programs to help restore energy, deal with stress, take their health back, and earn money while setting their own schedule.
