Assist in developing, implementing, and supervising a quality program in the agency service area, and assure compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to Family Services• Oversee agency’s parent involvement program and family service content area• Provide assistance with management of the agency’s volunteer program and in-kind program • Provide supervision and monthly training to the agency’s family service employees• Track and provide a monthly analysis of reports and documentation in agency’s parent and child database • Provide regular training to all agency staff on various topics related to diversity, family services, parent involvement efforts, in-kind, and the agency’s volunteer program• Provide support to agency’s parent lead governance groups• Organize and lead the agency's parent curriculum program• Organize and lead the agency’s Family Development Interventions • Maintain relationships with social services related community partners in 10 counties

• Plan and execute seven annual fundraising campaigns including faculty/staff, alumni, friends, parents, The President’s Society, first generation scholarships and license plate marketing• Create and facilitate training sessions for the alumni and parent phone-a-thon workers, and faculty/staff campaign volunteer ambassadors• Coordinate collaborative fundraising efforts with various departments throughout campus• Build and maintain relationships with donors• Track and maintain donor records• Plan stewardship events for donors
