Handling of the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police certification program for the agency. Supervisor of administration staff while continuing the role of records/civil clerk.

Handling of all open records request in regards to the agency which include police reports, inmate records, photographs, videos, officer body worn cameras, etc. Handling of all civil suits required to be served by a deputy sheriff. Responsible for ensuring the civil papers are served in a timely manner, documenting a record of such paper with the service attempts, and returning it to the courts or attorney. Filing and storage of past booking and arrest physical files. Ensuring all accidents worked by the agency are reported to the state in a timely fashion. Validating all criminal reports that are required to be reported to the FBI and uploading them to the National Incident Based Reporting System “NIBRS” portal. Handling of all criminal juvenile files including forwarding them to the appropriate court. Also continuing to assist in the 911 center when needed.

Answering administration and 911 phone lines. Dispatching the appropriate response including police, fire, and medical personnel. Responsible for running checks through the National Crime Information Center “NCIC”. Entering warrants, person missing, and stolen items on the “NCICl database. Training new hires for the role of communications officer. Running criminal histories for the public, schools, officers, district attorneys office, etc and keeping an exact record of the criminal histories ran.
