• Coordinate the Bell National Retail Sales Field Team.
• Support a national sales field team of 72, to support national retail sales and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute tools to support the National Retail Sales Field Team coordinating with National Account Managers, Manager of Retail Execution, Channel Marketing team, and Hardware team.
• Build and communicate weekly sales reports based on the key performance indicators for the National Retail Team and senior management.
• Support team events by networking with manufacturers and vendors to ensure execution of events go smoothly, according to plan.
• Manage the relationship with outside vendors to ensure they are meeting their service level agreements with Bell.

• Develop and execute marketing and adoption programs across Canada. Programs focused on selling skills and increasing product and service knowledge.
• Develop strong working relationships with Sales, Hardware, and Campaign Teams to execute in-store programs.
• Work with internal team departments and external agencies to develop and implement in store campaigns.
• Create strategic retail-facing presentations to drive buy-in and alignment across business teams and external vendor partners.
• Work with our external agencies to develop and execute in-store Weekend Warrior programs.
• Manage and execute 2010 Holiday Helper volunteer program. 2010 Holiday Helper program had the most volunteers and store participation than ever before!.
