Serve as a faculty consultant, national speaker training faculty leader, national clinician educator, speaker on the novel medication Spravato / esketamine as an early adopter and expert practitioner. Served as a speaker for 2023 and 2024 national broadcasts and several national roadshows. Filmed for educational content developed for use in teaching clinicians about Spravato. Assist with educational slide decks focused on special topics, such as substance use disorders.

-Perform psychiatric consultations, medication management and safety assessments for acute child, adolescent, and adult patients primarily from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds at 27+ South Carolina hospital emergency facilities, with the majority being rural and underserved-Coordinate care with hospital nurses, physicians, and psychiatric liaisons and obtain collateral information from family members and outpatient treaters to ensure safe treatment decisions-Appointed as medical staff for Medical University of South Carolina Medical Center of Charleston and its associated rural hospitals

-Designed protocols and educational materials for screening, prevention and treatment of mental health disorders for a comprehensive outcomes driven health company. -Trained clinical staff on mental health assessments and effective delivery of mental healthcare.

-Served as an independent weekend rounder for the 17 bed McLean dual diagnosis unit and 23 bed trauma inpatient unit, evaluating and treating up to 40 patients per day. -Performed psychiatric admissions assessments, insurance prior authorizations and acute walk in evaluations-Served as an attending on the CEC, supervising social workers, psychiatry residents, and APRNs.

-Provided individual supervision and group teaching to students during their psychiatry clerkships.-Designed and implemented a motivational interviewing curriculum for third year medical students.-Served on the McLean Education Policy Committee.

Highly trained in performing ADHD diagnostic assessments, research subject intakes, and follow ups for Massachusetts General Hospital Research Program in Adult ADHD.
