As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate a variety of struggles from anxiety and life-changes to family conflict, stress & relationships struggles. I am continuously motivated to grow, connect and collaborate which has led me to my new venture, offering business coaching to therapists where I can supports in building the private practice of their dreams.
