 Maintains permit records for more than 10,000 water appropriation permits.  Processes permit records, ensuring that the appropriate numbers of photocopies are made and that certified mailings are prepared accurately and by the prescribed deadlines.  Maintains and organizes permit records and correspondence, ensuring that records are filed accurately and timely.  Provides secretarial support for approximately 20 staff in the division, and provides support as needed for staff in the other two divisions. Follows, and is familiar with, office practices and procedures. Receives visits, arranges meetings and reserves rooms, vehicles and equipment.  Uses the program's data management system to accurately enter and maintain contact information by permit. Retrieves the data to produce labels and facilitate mailings.

 Maintained a safe learning environment for students within the scope of the Arrow Center for Education’s administrative policies and procedures. Provided a consistent and reliable supportive presence in the classroom. Escorted assigned students to all activities, as indicated by the IEP. Participated as an active member of the Treatment Team.

 Trains new employees with hands on experience for the different processes. EMR-Have access to private medical facilities to retrieve medical records off their computer system.  Execute all components of the CARA record review process, which includes: record requests, document processing, cleaning of sites, and follow up calls. Make outbound and take inbound calls from sites in order to complete projects. Reprocess medical charts that have been duplicated in the computer system. Handle any concerns at various sites
