● Implemented and maintain ActionOI/ODB Database. An Operational Database providing analysis to support budget projections and cost saving initiatives.● Provide financial information, direction, and assistance related to financial planning and budgeting to management and senior leadership.● Key member of the budget process by providing data to forecast budget for the upcoming years and building of the budget.● Ad Hoc reporting from EPSI and Peoplesoft as requested by senior leadership.● Produce labor productivity for the entire hospital in order for leadership to makecost savings and budget decisions.● Support Member of the Workforce Committee, which maintains and controls hospital staffing based upon productivity results.
