-Analyzing data in order to upgrade or replace non-standard computers in the research department.-Scheduling with research manager to send technicians to their location.-Managing an inventory file of the work completed each day.-Organizing appropriate times for technicians to go out to Research areas.

The Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) is an 8 week event where the TDR Test Team will perform tests to make sure all of the printers and workstations in each Hospital department/practice mapped as expected for the MGH / MGPO Revenue Cycle go live.-Test for Citrix & Epic Applications – test and ensure interoperability between workstations/printers and Partners Epic system in production environment-Responsible for workstation and printer mapping problem resolution-Identify cause of failure and Escalating issues accordingly-Classify Label, Wristband, and Plain Paper Printers are assigned appropriately -Communicate with IT staff, Epic Application Teams, and End-Users for scheduling test sessions and issue follow up-Discuss testing strategies with eCare project management to improve processes-Develop critical documentation and guides for best practice distribution
