As a member service representative, I was responsible for responding immediately to member needs, drawing up and facilitating both new and renewed club contracts, managing the sale of personal training and nutrition sessions, and responding to the needs of both my managers and the club as a whole. During my time at Pure Austin, I truly wore many hats. I worked the front desk and our coffee and smoothie areas by the time I left for Stitch Fix in June 2016.
