Through the years I have grown to love the medical field and no matter what position I am in, I am always drawn back to it. I've settled for my current position because it was work and no one turns down something that pays your bills. But that's just it, It pays the bills. It does not give me any room to grow or move up and I just feel stuck like I'm not going anywhere. It's time for a change and I decided to make that decision to get back into the medical field where I know that I belong. I love helping people and interacting with them. It is what I have always been known to do, I constantly help others and put them first and I don't think twice about it. Being in the medical field feels like home to me and I know that it's not a place to just settle for what I have because there are so many opportunities to have if you just give it your all and work every day to the best of your ability and keep pushing yourself to do better.

Answered incoming calls, sent repair signals to cable boxes, scheduled technician appointments, assisted customers with paying their bills

Worked at the White Square building in the office of Chesapeake Cardiovascular Associates. Operated switchboard, took inbound calls and transferred them to the secretary or department that the patient needed, scanned and filed medical records, assisted secretaries with any filing that they needed done, kept up on the supply closet.

Answered incoming calls for SECU (State Employee Credit Union) and advised of account balances and assisted with transfers, credit card payments, loan status, loan payments, etc.

Answered incoming calls, advised of claim status and communicated with the claims department, advised of appeal status, verify benefits and co-pays, etc.
