Taking reservation sales calls for guests, setting up billing requests and online bookings, putting together guest packages

Greeting guests as they arrive to the hotel, checking in and out guests, handing variety of payments cash, debit, different cc types, operating switchboard - handling radio and guest phone calls, making reservations for guests, checking availability; clean inspected rooms, operating visual one data base.

Serving food and liquor, taking customer orders and operating cash system, handing orders with the kitchen, cleaning tables and providing a clean, comfortable environment, cashing off at end of shift, preparing food condiments, napkins and cutlery for next day.

Placing sales calls to possible new members, setting up referral booths; internally and externally, setting up contracts & pricing on regards to memberships, taking clients on tours of the gym to promote different aspects of Goodlife, working towards a sales goal.

Taking care of the children (4 months - 11 years old) while parents are working out, keeping kids in a cleanly, safe and fun environment, proving colouring, board games, group activities, card games and other fun activities, preparing lunch time snacks( if provided), ensuring children are behaving as expected.

Scanning membership cards, dealing with payments ; cash, cc & debit sales, keeping environment clean and tidy, answering incoming phone calls, sell merchandise sold in display, change and cancellation forms in regards to payments, clean and fold towels, open and close the gym at designated hours
