-Apply jurisdiction and law for 12 states to accurately handle claims. -RCS oversees end-to-end claims for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and its subsidiaries.-As Liability Administrator, I oversee all aspects of claims from beginning to end including:o investigating, developing, evaluating and negotiating complex injury.o identifying large exposures and posting reserves timely.o selecting appropriate counsel based on exposure and expertise.o responding to discovery including rental procedures.o working with counsel to draft dispositive motions.-Successfully appealed case to the Texas State Court of Appeals, winning a no-fault judgment. -Successfully negotiated numerous claims with unlimited exposure.

-Manage overall branch operations in absence of and/or request of the Branch Manager.-Develop and maintain branch operational plan use initiative, independent judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills to perform a variety of duties and solve problems.-Create and implement training materials for the budgeting and forecasting of the branch.-Held weekly training sessions with employees.-Train, motivate, and coach employees to increase branch sales.
