• Coordinate sponsorships and events such as arranging dates/times, event space, set up, company representatives, and creating and/or ordering promotional products/supplies. • Develop event program materials including displays, flyers, documents, giveaways, and other collateral, as necessary• Assist with marketing tasks and duties as assigned• Create eye-catching images using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite• Create and optimize blog content, social posts, ad copy, and video content to support the execution of campaigns• Assist management with job ads ensuring job advertisements are placed correctly and applications are received and sent to the appropriate personnel. • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns, including writing, editing, proofing, and executing. • Assist with updates to company websites in a timely fashion • Craft online review responses and manage customer communications through various channels• Provide weekly traffic reports to upper management• Act as a liaison to proactively resolve and respond to issues, both internally and across third-party platforms
