I have been in an elementary classroom for 7 years as well as a mentor to a new teacher for 2 years. From these experiences, I have gained a multitude of skills in organizing, leading, and executing meetings and plans. I have gained a broad understanding of state and national standards in the school system, as well as created lesson plans that align with these standards. I have raised funds in order to give each student a new book every month in order to foster a lifelong passion for reading.In addition to my time in the classroom, I have spent 9 years creating content, managing social media accounts, creating websites, writing blog posts, and designing fliers for organizations and events. I have also been in charge of recruiting, training and managing volunteers, as well as raising funds for nonprofits and organizing major fundraisers.Through my wide variety of experiences, I have realized, I have a passion for assisting individuals in a wide range of ways. I am constantly looking for ways to help others better themselves, their lives, and their communities. The digital side of my experience allows me to create and display content to help others in another way yet. I hope to have the opportunity to join forces with you and continue to better the lives of many in a variety of ways!
