-Use Femap and Nastran to model and design steel platforms, enclosures, scaffolding structures, and various other miscellaneous steel structures-Coordinate with the shop to specify what is desired of them and the job they are working-Write procedures to describe work that needs to be done-Design bolting and weld patterns for connection points-Analyze ground and concrete floor load capabilities for various oversized loads that were being moved within our complex-Research older structures and modifications to those structures and reanalyzed to find out the current capacity and if any addition modification were required-Performed duties of a Safety Officer to verify all security and safety requirements were met before specific milestones of a project

-Review bid packages-Acquire quotes from various subcontractors-Design concrete forms to be used on vertical surfaces under water-Prepare Take-offs for bid packages-Design procedures to perform work on hard to get to sites-Take part in various networking and job fair events

-Review roadway plans to completeness-Survey different locations and perform required calculations for elevation and distance-Followed inspectors to learn what they look for on the jobsite and how to interact with the construction team
