Solely responsible for all internet marketing and communications for 6 luxury brand automotive dealerships including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar, and smart car in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Primarily responsible for leasing apartments for a 199 unit property, following up with all prospects, processed resident rent checks every month, processed and delivered 5-day notices, processed employee payroll every 2 weeks for 7 employees, answered resident and new lead phone calls, processed all applications using SafeRent software, processed work orders, inspected all vacant unit, and assisted the property managers.
