As a writing tutor at the Mary G. Walsh Writing Center of Salem State University, I assist students in varying majors and degrees. The sessions can take place one-on-one or in groups. We work with Chicago, MLA, and APA format. I assist with brainstorming, final drafts, or anywhere in between. Aside from tutoring, I am also responsible for opening the writing center and scheduling student appointments.

As a sales associate at Russell Cellular, I provided the latest technology for Verizon Wireless customers. In this role I sold and set up products including cell phones, tablets, and other wireless accessories. I also provided technical support for these products. As a key holder I performed duties such as opening and closing the store. I was responsible for money handling, bank deposits, and other general maintenance throughout the store.
