• Manages post-life staff to ensure adherence to study protocols, SOPs, and GLP regulations through weekly performance monitoring and monthly monitoring of deviations within the Veeva system. • Participates in CAPA investigations to aide in determining cause and developing preventative actions.• Leads multiple projects on the post-life leadership team including creation of a centralized set-up team, development of an on-call team, succession planning, and introducing a mentor program • Trains new lead technicians in protocol comprehension, paperwork creation, and QC of daily necropsy data• Performs the LabCorp onboarding process for post-life new hires and introduces data integrity and GLP guidelines• Communicates with sponsors any concerns or clarifications needed within complex study protocols and troubleshoots any supply or procedure issues.• Evaluates procedures and aids in developing new methods for collection of special tissues or to successfully complete an all-new study design.
