Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing company profits by overseeing hiring, development, and daily operations. Daily operations include inventory management, sales, food safety control, and guest hospitality. Customer relations is one of my favorite things to take ownership of, because of this, I was able to increase sales by 13% during the 2021 to 2022 sales period. Currently, I oversee a store averaging $68,000 per week with 52% in-store sales and 48% digital sales. In addition to daily operations, I am also responsible for creative hiring techniques which pull in new talent.

GENERAL MANAGER | VADA NIGHT CLUB & BAR |· This location is also owned by the same owner of Valo Restaurant. I was able to work at both locations full time, accumulating around 80 hours per week. · At each location I over saw the general business operations with support from two assistant managers.In efforts to minimize expenses for a new restaurant, I combined all inventory orders and allocated merchandise to each business.

· Hands on Pottery is a ceramic art studio that allows individuals of all ages to design and paint an art project. My duty was to help all guest successfully complete an art project of their choice. · A full day of work consisted of:· Opening and Closing the studio· Explaining the ceramic art process and techniques to guest to insure a quality pieces at the end of their experience. · Managing Staff and Artist. · Technical duties of firing the ceramic pieces in a kiln, as well as, repairing any equipment necessary to complete the project.· Ordering and Managing Inventory
