• • Prepare indirect budget; saving the company $50,000 in indirect expenses in the first 5 months of 2018 by establishing resolution order tracking, redirecting indirect labor, coordinating with outbound department to determine root cause of issues • Plan, organize and direct VAS projects within deadlines and budget restrictions; developing an estimate process to provide clients a look at what a specific project will cost and estimated date of completion• Monitor labor needs over 3 different shifts across a 484k sq. ft. facility to ensure that indirect support is available for all operation processes; coordinate projects with the shift supervisors and team leads; adhering to SLAs for 11 clients • Establish and rework SOPs for new clients and process changes • Communicate with other department managers to confirm that indirect hours remain at 11% of direct hours• Redesigned resolution order tracking, reducing hours by 5% and increasing the visibility for trouble areas • Setup and maintain the footprint of the warehouse including setup of new locations, pick/ put path, the physical build, label of locations, and analyze occupancy levels to prevent clients from falling out of their designated footprint• Developed a consolidation schedule allowing the clients to know when to expect a reduction in footprint usage and improving the process for consolidation to facilitate more locations consolidated in less hours • Implement tracking for client requested VAS projects; providing hour details to reduce waving of unknown charges to clients by 45% in 6 months; a process that has now been implemented across all departments
