Manage operations, manage all non-physician clinic staff, ensure quality of patient care, ensure maintenance of clinic building and supplies, ensure complete and accurate billing charges are attributed to each patient. Interview and select individuals for front office medical receptionist, medical assistant, and x-ray. Maintain and adjust work schedules and ensure optimal staffing across functional areas within clinic and amongst other clinics. Supervise, evaluate, and discipline non-physician staff. Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures, along with state and federal rules and regulations. Ensure employees are adequately trained to perform assigned duties safely and correctly. Monitor clinic activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions. Investigate and resolve patient and staff complaints, referring issues to others as needed. Ensure compliance with front office procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of facility through use of clinic staff and other support staff. Ensure adequate stock of regular supplies and place orders for needed inventory. Participate in team meetings with other clinic managers. Participate in special projects as needed.

Proficient in waived and complex lab testing while working alongside the Lab Director to adhere to strict COLA and CLIA requirements and standards. Proficient in testing, troubleshooting, and training of the Medonic CBC machine and Piccolo Xpress Chemistry Analyzer. Experienced in quarterly proficiency testing and reporting, IV therapy and phlebotomy, occupational medicine, workers compensation cases, DOT and non-DOT drug testing, BAT training, testing and troubleshooting, respirator fit test trained. Proficient in testing on spirometry, EKG, and audiometry. Crossed trained to assist front office staff with patient check in/ check out, insurance verification, and handling account payments. Training all new hires to company standards.

Experience in cardiac testing, EKG, Anticoagulation management, Holter Monitors, Event monitors and MCOT.Patient relations and medication management.

Experience in medication administration, ADLs, catheter insertion, IV/phlebotomy, detailed charting, admission and discharge, geriatric care, and Alzheimer’s care.
