Student academic advisor to adult learners obtaining high school diploma in SF County Jail. Lead in tracking progress towards High school diploma achievement. College Pod workshop facilitator. Assist school operations team with safety and academic progress checks for entire school.

Create after school curriculum for middle school students. Incorporate: homework, recreation, and enrichment activities of my choice. Track the academic progress of all students; tutor students when necessary. Incorporate some levels of High school and college prep, through informational and hands-on activities. For fun, my boss and I coach our own dance team with some of the girls within the program; they are recognized as the school's dance team.

I work with Middle school and High school students; all of whom are low-income, first generational college students. As an outreach assistant, we lead multiple workshops centered around subjects such as: financial aid requirements, A-G requirements, college admissions info, personal statement writing, etc.

As the African-Diaspora Retention Coordinator, it was my job to implement events and workshops that added to the retention of African-Diasporic identified students. Some of my duties included but were not limited to: creating study sessions, cultural programs, faculty, staff, and student collaborative spaces, budgeting, leadership retreats, mentorship programs, etc.
