I am a Project Manager at City of LaGrange, where I have been managing residential and commercial building plans for over 7 years. I am working on a Master of Laws degree in Legal Risk Management and Compliance, which gives me the ability to read and understand contracts and legalese. I am also a certified Operational Excellence Work-Out and Kaizen Facilitator, which helps me to apply lean and continuous improvement principles to my projects and processes.My mission is to deliver high-quality and cost-effective construction solutions to my clients, while protecting the safety and integrity of the built environment. I enjoy collaborating with customers, contractors, and inspectors to educate them on the local building ordinance, the different products and features available, and the best practices for achieving optimal results.
