At Ooh La La we cultivate a family oriented atmosphere making customer service and satisfaction our top priority. In my administrative work I create personal relationships with the students and their families and ensure they are happy with their experiences. I designed the current website and update it as need be (www.ollda.com) in addition to sending out biweekly newsletters to clients.

I have been a dancer for the past 20 years and being able to share my passion through teaching is my favorite thing. The main age group of children I teach are 6-18 at the competitive level. I enjoy being able to encourage hard work, dedication, and a strong sense of self-confidence in all of my students.

At Woodstocks, I delivered friendly and efficient service to customers throughout their entire experience. I mainly worked at the cash register where I took the customers order and accurately totaled, processed, and collected payments from guests.

At Hannah Smith Events, I was an intern during the fall semester of 2015 along with working at Woodstocks, carrying a full course load, and being a member of the San Diego State Dance Team. I assisted with the set up and production of several different weddings while working closely with the main event coordinators; Hannah, Marissa, and Dawn.

During high school I taught children ages 3-13 after training as an apprentice under the studio owner. As my first teaching experience, I gained confidence in my leadership skills, customer service skills, and patience through my ability to lead a classroom full of crazy kids and create relationships with my students and their families.
