As a Director of Secondary Curriculum, I oversaw the development of over 100 secondary and elementary elective courses. The development process included the creation and implementation of processes surrounding the planning, one-to-one alignment within scope and sequence documents, authoring of content within our LCMS, Softchalk, and in our Buzz assessment domain, reviewing, and publishing of content within the Buzz LMS. Further, I managed a team who actively recruited, interviewed, supervised, and tracked the progress of external author contractors from across the United States and internationally. This required frequent creation of contracts, management of compensation, and engagement with training and development. With a team of curriculum managers, subject matter experts, and editors, I continue to oversee the active enhancement of the current Lincoln Empowered and legacy Lincoln Interactive curriculum, while assuring ongoing alignment of content to national standards including the Common Core, C3, NGSS, NHES, NCAS, ACTFL, NCCAS, CCTS, NFCS, SHAPE PE, and ISTE standards. I also maintain accreditation for core courses through the NCAA, as well as maintaining authorization of AP courses through the Collegeboard.

At Lincoln Learning Solutions, I facilitated students in multiple credit recovery courses. I also authored and edited new curriculum to meet the needs of a variety of students in a self-paced, asynchronous learning environment utilizing Lincoln Interactive's three-tiered structure. I reviewed newly-developed courses to ensure the curriculum met the needs of all students, was aligned to all state standards, reached specific benchmarks, and was free of alignment gaps. Finally, I oversaw 17 members of the English department, organizing and holding monthly onsite department meetings.

At Lincoln Learning Solutions, I facilitated students in multiple secondary ELA courses. I also maintained student, parental, Instructional Supervisor, and Special Educator Coordinator contact through phone and email. Finally, I created newly-implemented Interactive Authentic Application pieces for courses, which allow students to engage with the content in an authentic, hands-on manner.

At Shaler Area School District, I instructed students in Honors American Literature grade 11, PSSA Remediation grade 11, and Speech and Debate I and II grades 9-12.
