My legal practice is focused on management-side labour and employment law, including advocating for employers in relation to labour standards, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, human rights, workplace harassment, and wrongful dismissal. I regularly assist and advise clients regarding imposing discipline, terminations, the duty to accommodate, collective agreement interpretation and administration, and drafting employment contracts and workplace policies. I also have a particular interest in workplace investigations, including harassment complaints. I have represented employers in wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, employment standards complaints, grievance arbitration and judicial review, and have conducted settlement negotiations in respect of a wide range of labour and employment related matters.
