I have over 18 years of experience in customer service which is my favorite aspect of any job. I worked in building material retail for 8 years, banking for about 4 years and the landscaping industry for over 4 years now. At my current job I moved from marketing, office staff, account manager, senior project manager and now I am the Branch Manager. I love to learn new things and meet new people.My approach to management is simple; treat others how I’d like to be treated. I believe in driving people to be their best self and implementing procedures that help them do just that.In my current role, I’ve created measurable scorecards for the office staff and sales people. In addition to that, I’ve streamlined our processes and made it easier for everyone I the company to understand what is expected from them. I am the go-to person for planning company meetings and parties. My dynamic approach for these team building events helps to foster a positive work environment, reducing turnover and helps to bridge the gap between divisions. As a Branch Manager of a large scale landscaping company I have mastered the ability to adapt and overcome. LDI has grown significantly since my start as a Customer Service Representative and in turn, I have grown significantly with it.
