Making the transition to Aisin Manufacturing Illinois was pretty easy considering they were my largest client through Extra Help so I was very familiar with all the faces when I first started there. I have enjoyed watching this company grow tremendously throughout the year and a half I've been there. I'm love dealing with all the team members, managers, and different departments to work together to keep our company growing. The automotive industry is very fast pace and constantly changing and it's exciting to be in the middle of the action. I'm detail oriented, organized, an extreme multi-tasker, and very hard worker. I take pride in meeting deadlines with any project thrown my way and contributing ideas to make improvements in every department I support.With over 1500 employees, I stay very busy and enjoy every minute of it. The benefits we offer our employees are about the best in this small area. I'm proud to be apart of such a successful business and hope to continue to contribute ideas so we can reach our vision of being recognized as a world class organization. The friendly environment and atmosphere that we strive to create makes going to work enjoyable every day. Though growing at such a rapid pace can come with pains and chaos, it's nothing I feel our company can't handle. In the past year I've been there, I've dealt with just about every situation you can imagine. But each new issue has just been a learning experience and has allowed me to become more knowledgeable in this industry. Plus not knowing what type of issue is going to walk through your door that day keeps it exciting and very entertaining. I hope to continue to grow and advance my career here.
