Growing up watching my mother work in the field of mental health I always thought - this is something I'd love to do. Helping others has always been a passion of mine.I have my Medical Admin Diploma from College and do to the shortage of jobs, it pushed me to apply somewhere else leading me to work with children on the spectrum, although I had no experience; this job trained me in ABA therapy and later I became a behavioral technician for children on the spectrum. Shortage of work left me briefly unemployed and then I was able to find my current job working with adults with disabilities. We provide opportunities for participants who live with disabilities/mental health to explore and engage in employment.
