I am currently an Assistant General Manager at Pizza Port Brewing Company, where I train and mentor 18 employees on kitchen and front-of-house procedures.Before joining Pizza Port Brewing Co., I served in the United States Navy for eight years, where I held various leadership roles in training, assessing, and certifying Littoral Combat Ships crews and ships. I led and collaborated with diverse teams of officers, sailors, and civilians and developed and implemented innovative and standardized training solutions.
