Design and manage the behavioral health program for community members ages 4-99. Supervise Clinical staff including licensed professionals, and community support specialists. Enforce the agency’s mission statement and values to consumers, community members, and employees. Develop and train staff on Quality Improvement programs. Develop agency policies based on state-wide regulations. Serve as the agency liaison to stakeholders, government licensing bodies, and other community agencies.
