As the Executive Director of the Higher Education User Group (HEUG), I lead the strategic vision, operations, and development of a global community that serves over 1000 higher education institutions and public sector organizations. Since taking on this role in 2019, following five years as Deputy Executive Director and Senior Director of Administration, I have been dedicated to advancing HEUG’s mission.With an MBA and a strong foundation in customer service, marketing, and leadership, I am driven by a passion for delivering tangible value to our members, partners, and stakeholders. I collaborate with a dynamic team to manage complex projects, deadlines, and budgets, while also providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities. Partnering with industry leaders, I advocate for the needs of the community, always striving for excellence and raising the bar in all areas of our work.
