Sterilize operating room ensuring no bioburden is left behind. Gather and count supplies for surgery. Ensuring the patient is correctly positioned for surgery. Anticipating the needs of the surgeon. Passing instruments and supplies to surgeons while maintaining sterility. Ensuring that other team members and/or students maintain sterility. Stay up to date on doctor preferences. Embrace any and all new methods/tools for surgeries.

Prepare surgical equipment for decontamination, clean and sterilize the equipment, and assemble in appropriate order for final sterilization. Ensure correct processing requirements are met for each sterile load, as well as the correct paperwork is done for the sterile loads. Ensure all items are scanned and put away into the correct area.

Greet customers in a timely manner while informing them of current promotions. Engage customers in conversation to understand their ideas and needs. Present merchandise while sharing detailed information in regards to items features. Inform customers on service plans and financing options. Identifying issues with items brought in for inspections/repairs. Meeting team/self sales goals.
