Leading a team to support Area Presidents, Production Team, Account Executives, and Client Service Managers in Gallagher's Northwest Region.Collaborating across divisions and leveraging Sales Operations & Analytics, we develop and execute innovative sales initiatives to enhance our sales team's prospecting efficiency. Proactively ensuring client satisfaction, fostering the development of new producers, and optimizing processes for improved efficiency, we maximize prospecting efforts to drive new business growth in the region.

I work with Branch Presidents and their production teams in Gallagher's Northwest Region to strategically manage and cultivate prospect pipelines, continually identify new and valuable tools and resources to utilize in their prospecting strategy, manage corporate sales initiatives, collaborate with various internal teams, and facilitate new talent development.

Collaborating with producers to identify Gallagher tools and services that will benefit their client and to deliver them to the client in a thoughtful and well executed manner.

Responsible for recruiting new talent for all departments, creating opportunities for the sales team by developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing pipelines, creating marketing materials, managing the telemarketing dept, coordinating company events, client relations, carrier relations, managing our CRM, among other duties.
