• Trains and mentors onboarding PCAs, providing guidance on patient care protocols and facility procedures.• Answers patient call lights and performs appropriate follow-up in a timely manner• Performs morning and evening ADLs (oral care, bathing, etc.)• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration rate, and blood sugars • Assists staff with repositioning and patient mobility• Empties foley catheters, urinals, bedpans, commodes, urine hats and drains• Assists in preparation of patient rooms and admission and transfers• Follows patient fluid restrictions and calorie count orders as delegated by nurse• Assures patients receive correct meal selections in accordance with provider orders

• Provide support and coordination for the Gaming Lounge front desk and reservations in the Gaming Lounge• Assist Coordinator for Gaming Programs with staff hiring, supervision and training of the Gaming Lounge front desk staff in daily operations and customer support• Supervise and evaluate a team of Front Desk Assistants including coordinating schedules, ensuring high levels of customer support, and equipment maintenance with support from the CSI Coordinator for Gaming Programs• Manage the Gaming Lounge reservations process, including but not limited to intake, invoicing, coordinating customers’ needs with Gaming Lounge resources, and supporting event setup/tear-down with support from the CSI Coordinator for Gaming Programs• Develop and implement Gaming Lounge operating procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience, in alignment with departmental and program values

• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals• Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences• Developing a high level of awareness of residents' health and safety needs by working closely with the nursing team• Following individualized care plans for 40+ residents
