Regional Marketing Manager
Currentresponsible for assisting the practice with increasing name recognition, referrals, practice revenue, and facilitate client development through marketing and service programs while maintaining key customer relationships.Development and implement regional marketing plans.Development of regional marketing budgets in conjunction with the regional director and site manager.Liaison to medical, business, and insurance professionals in metro Atlanta, including personal visits to distribute practice information and promotional items.Maintain referral database.Works in conjunction with managers and physicians to identify and attract potential new referral sources.Communicates progress on marketing plan and initiatives to physicians and managers on a consistent basis.Plan and coordinate speaking engagements, lunch-n-learns and education seminars for physicians.Design and develop marketing collateral materials such as promotional items, brochures, business ads, business cards, forms, etc.Attend seminars for marketing purposes to increase name recognition, referrals, and practice revenue.Attend required management meetings and professional development activities.Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.Responsible for new physician marketing plan, including announcements, social media and other digital strategies.Travel within Metro Atlanta as necessary for meeting, training programs and delivery of items.
