I have always been infatuated with the effect an environment can have on someone. It is my passion to create environments that would make others feel comfort, joy, or even a sense of adventure!While studying design in college, I spent my time assisting customers at a retail store, helping them find unique pieces that would bring them joy in their own homes, dreaming of one day being able to design that very piece that would reach so many people. And over the last 10 years, this is exactly what I have achieved!After truly connecting with the organization I was working with during my college days, I quickly was able to see a growth path that would mold me into this ideal role. I first learned how to manage a team and build a business by becoming General Manager which proved so successful that I was able to move to their corporate office. There I began learning data analysis & inventory management which then led to roles of increasing responsibility within the merchandising team comprised of sales and market forecasts, strategic planning, and assortment planning. Always a sponge trying to learn new things, I took on an exciting new role at a start up this last year which would focus more heavily on product development and sales.
