Work with buyers to conceptualize designs that will maximize client potential, company sales & customer satisfaction. Create action plans and establish weekly priorities and activities to ensure teams are effectively collaborating to ensure timely delivery. • Conduct quarterly competitive analysis ranging from boutiques to large retail companies for both in-store & e-commerce businesses.• Travel overseas across various cities in India & China to collaborate with current factories as well as source new factories. Partner with factory staff to improve efficiencies and production opportunities.

• Optimized assortment at the store level based on location, size & productivity for both Indoor Pillows and Outdoor assortments. Created new process to offer stores more localized assortments resulting in increased productivity and higher turn. • Raised sell through percentage in first year from 82% to 88% versus company average of 80% and received a “Best in Class” award for the Indoor Pillow department, the third largest department for sales and margin in the company out of 45 total departments.

Greater San Diego Area

• Maximized sales and customer retention and exceeded company’s goal of over 10% gain over previous year’s sales.• Awarded the “Customer Experience Award” for FY15 due to exceeding all company targets in a single year including sales, margin, conversion, average unit, average ticket & store credit sales percentage. Specifically focused on store credit card purchases as data showed that loyal customers shopping behaviors were drivers of all company targets.
