As a Clinical Operations Director at Inland Psychiatric Medical Group, I stream-lined the process for internal referrals across 25 clinic locations.══ PROFICIENT ══In this role, I staffed, trained, and developed the company’s internal referral process. I also created curriculum, produced content within EHR, and designed their website. One of the tasks I’ve really enjoyed in this position is establishing relationships with local universities to develop an internship program for Master’s level clinicians.In order to monitor treatment and program efficacy, I created specific measures. Additionally, I developed multiple strategies to diversify revenue while becoming an in-network program provider as well increased self-pay revenue. As I always aim for resolutions, I developed multiple services to best aid our patients and created processes and procedures to increase patient retention.Furthermore, I established a self-sustained clinical training and developed an internal clinical site for clinical staff. I was in charge of hiring providers and clerical staff to support new offices. To ease the hiring procedure, I developed a new onboarding process.
