I work with the business unit, store planning, construction and the suppliers to establish a scope of work and timeline for implementation. Liaison between the suppliers and logistics to coordinate delivery and ensure that all items arrive on time.

Created floor plans for new stores, remodels and corporate facilities; coordinated plan reviews and approval process for all store planners with corporate departments. Managed the interior and exterior finishes for all new and remodeled stores. Evaluated existing store’s fixtures against the remodel fixture need to compute the new fixtures that would be needed.Key Achievements:- Created floor plans for 80 new stores, 40 remodels and 2 corporate facilities.- Created renderings and presentation boards for new concept Ink, Paper, Scissors stores as well as specifying the FF&E. - Initiated, created and maintained a system to archive the department’s drawings and paperwork through a new archive drive. The new system improved turn-around time of finding documents from a week to less than a day.
