- Supervise the Pfizer account and co-manage the Sarepta Therapeutics, Alexion, AstraZeneca, Amgen & argenx accounts.- Collaborate with 2 project managers to work cross-functionally with the account, medical, creative, and editorial teams to align and successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.- Oversee and coordinate with various brand teams of 8-15 on multiple high-priority projects, communicating issues and requesting feedback to ensure on-time completion of quality deliverables including symposium decks, newsletters, clinical brochures, KOL training videos, & advisory boards. - Schedule and participate in weekly internal and external status calls, project KO meetings, and finance meetings.- Assist the account team with setting up vendors, opening up job codes, handling weekly finance reports, and tracking and maintaining all project budgets.- Create daily editorial priority emails, and mid-day and end-of-day update emails for all brands.- Develop, update, and maintain project timelines and expense reports using SmartSheet, Pulse, & Microsoft Excel. - Identify the growing needs of internal and external stakeholders and proactively find opportunities to streamline processes and adjust for efficiencies.

- Reviewed, analyzed, and edited a variety of videos and audios using Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition.- Created content and posts using Procreate and Adobe Illustrator for Instagram and TikTok to keep the audience engaged. - Participated in content brainstorming meetings with the founder and creative team on a bi-weekly basis. - Assisted the Founder in the production of the We The Women podcast by ensuring production goes seamless and the host and guest needs were met. - Managed the We The Women Youtube Channel by posting and promoting content, as well as implementing different methods of interaction, which has broadened our views by 25%.
