  HR System Data Support: Responsible for accurately maintaining all HR data entry, including HR personnel changes, MOC processes and onboarding. Support HR and local management data inquiries and reporting needs. HR Generalist/Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to all aspects of HR including assisting in the coordination of benefit-related issues, payroll data, transferred and promoted employees, following up on company policies and procedures, and maintaining confidential employee information, records and files. Assist in the delivery of HR services to employees and People Leaders. Assist with scheduling and coordinating the related logistics for meetings, performance and compensation review sessions, trainings, etc. Assist with annual compensation processes and the administration/implementation of the engagement process. Work on miscellaneous projects as assigned.Employee Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with all employees. Assist with employee relations issues as required. Play a consultative role in the interpretation and implementation of HR policies to ensure equitable follow through. Assist employees with their HR-related concerns or inquiries, which may include understanding benefits plans, coordinating benefits enrollment, payroll questions, etc. Work with HR Managers and HR Specialists to resolve issues. Recruiting/Staffing: Partner with HR Manager, hiring manager and Recruiting to find employees who meet Mosaic’s requirements. Assist with staffing issues. Assist with scheduling, interviewing and selection of candidates.
