Teach recreational gymnastics from levels of beginner to advanced for ages 1-18. Coach highly competitive gymnastics for levels 4 and 5 for ages 6-13. Also, welcoming students and answering questions about classes. Provide private lessons when needed.

Daily responsibility includes completing patient intakes, charges, and scheduling. Also aiding the physical therapist with ultrasounds, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound combination. Most importantly as an office manager we build a relationship with each patient to ensure that their visit is more of a personal and fulfilling time spent in the office.

Responsible for supervising up to 18 high risk clients while planning daily activities, motivating clients to prepare meals, do chores, complete hygiene, and meet therapy goals based on evaluations and assessments. The end of the day involved documentation of incidents, client interactions, and emotions/expressions. The day often included verbal de-escalation, suicide watch, and high risk situations requiring quick problem solving.

Responsible for monitoring clients, keeping facility secure, conducting house counts, maintain documentation of client’s behavior, de-escalating crisis situations in a tactful manner, staying organized in the office with all of client’s paperwork, attend security meetings, check in/out visitors, and handling confidential information about clients.

Responsible for mapping out the Transition Program, identifying and utilizing assessment tools (LSI-R), comparing the program to others in Colorado, researching ways for improvement, and collecting data on successfulness of the program.
