Responsibilities :Finding loads with the highest profit possible.Dispatched internal & External drivers. Confirmed loads with the Shipper / Brokers Created BOL, Corresponding with customers and colleagues. Building relationships with clients to increase chance of repeat business. Office management experience.

My main focus is to create and sustain business relationships with Truck Companies all over the United States while consistently adding new customers to our client base. Proven track record in cold calling and sales prospecting. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of enthusiasm, professionalism and motivation.
