Customer Sercive is where it's at for me... My passion is to inspire and help others grow and achieve. As a Supervisor running three divisions: Popeyes, Stabucks, and S'barros I learned a great deal about Customer service, Customer satifcation, and above all, the way you treat your employees has a huge impact on your customers, and over all buisness. Having this opportunity to be involved with three different fast food vendors molded my perspective, appreciation, and knowledge of the meaning of customer Service. My favorite was learning Starbucks, this particular company is very organized and provides specific ways to handle It's customers, creating an at home atmosphere. Starbucks taught me how to read customer body language, how to address customer dis-satifaction and also create a rewarding, proffessional and fun experience for the employees as well. Curently I am attending the University of Arizona global campus to pursue a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, with this degree It is my dream to encourage and give others the resources they need to achieve and be successful.
