I have worked with Reber Ranch for over 7 years. In that time, I had started from the ground level and worked my way up. For 2 years I was a Customer service Representative, then was promoted to Assistant Manager and have been for the past 5 years. Over the span of 7 years at Reber Ranch, I have grown to understand what communication, understanding, documentation and safety truly mean. I accepted the challenge of opening Reber Ranch's new satellite store Pet Central. My team members and I had the task of setting the new store up, which included; shelving placement and spacing, product placement due to their "rent" of space, tag product and set each individual product min/maxes. Pet Central has now been up and running now for a successful 3 years.
