• Process 421a tax exemption applications and track information in HPD info• Assist applicants having difficulty understanding the application process and/or why their applications are incomplete; utilize Department of Building & Department of Finance websites to research for certificate of occupancies and other pertinent information.• Perform necessary review of Certificate of occupancy to ensure compliance with 421a program.• Investigate customer inquiries to provide applicants with status updates of their pending applications, including accessing HPD Info to generate document checklists. • Assign projects to analyst within the unit. • Organize and maintain a master filing system, and prepare files for court.• Act as a liaison between senior staff and analyst. • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders, when necessary.
